Return and Refund Policy

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required for all returns.

We happily accept returns of any non-perishable products within 7 days of purchase.

Perishable products are non-refundable.To expedite your return, all items must be in their original packaging and in the same condition as when they were received.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us at 727 565 2100, and we’ll work with you on a prompt resolution.

Tips on Returns:

– All returns or complaints must be reported within 7 days of purchase, regardless of best-by dates on the product.
– If possible, please send photos of damaged items to expedite your return.

  • All returns must be made within 7 days from the date of receipt, regardless of the best-buy date on the packaging.
  • If possible, please send photos of damaged items to expedite your return.
  • Merchandise must be unused and in original packaging
  • Refunds may only be issued to the original form of payment. Your credit card company may take up to 10 additional business days to post the refund to your account.
  • Gift recipients may only return their gift for a gift card
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable
